Workflow Automation

Your software should talk to each other.

I connect what you already own, so nobody enters the same thing twice.

One job. Built once.

Runs every week.

I'm Anthony Pinto, a former submarine officer. I work with owner-led businesses where one person on the team does the same job by hand every week, entering the same information in two places because the tools don't talk to each other. I take one job like that and build it to run on the software you already pay for. It starts with a paid diagnostic, and that fee comes off the build.

"I don't have the bandwidth to learn the latest and greatest in AI and agentic so am lucky to count on him as my go-to for building out busdev and operations automations. Looking forward to handling more projects with him."

Work off your team's plate

The Job Your Team Enters in Two Places Every Week

Logging every email and meeting into the CRM. Building the prospect list one company at a time. Copying invoice details into the books. I take one job like that and build it to run on the tools you already pay for. Keep the optional care plan and you get a one-page report every month showing it ran. It starts with a paid diagnostic, and that fee comes off the build.

How It Works

One job at a time.

No new software to learn and no big rollout. We fix the job that hurts most, prove it works, and only then talk about the next one.

01

A paid diagnostic

We pick the one job that costs your team the most hours. I sit with the person who does it and time it. You get one fixed price in writing, and the diagnostic fee comes off the build. The other jobs go on a list for later.

02

A fixed-price build

I build that one job to run on the software you already pay for, in your own accounts, so you own it. It isn't done until it's running on your real work and the person who did it by hand is using it.

03

A monthly care plan

Optional. I keep it running and send a one-page report every month showing what ran and what I fixed. Month to month with 30 days' notice.

The Offer

Pick the job that hurts most.

Start with a free call. Tell me which job eats the most hours and who does it. If it's worth building, a paid diagnostic sets one fixed price in writing. No pitch deck, no pressure.
